Celebrating the Life of Dexton “Super D” Davis

The DMV Sound System Association (DSA) gives our deepest and most heartfelt condolences on the passing of Dexton “Super D” Davis (aka Dex) June 21, 1963  -  July 29, 2026, a veteran selector of Hollywood International Sound System. 

His love of music was a gift, but even greater was the joy, kindness, and warmth he shared with everyone around him. His infectious laughter and vibrant spirit touched countless lives, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.

May God surround his family, friends, and loved ones with His comfort, strength, and peace during this difficult time. Praying that the beautiful memories of Super D bring comfort today and in the days ahead. He will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. 

May he rest in eternal peace.
